"I’ve worked with Todd Durflinger for a decade. Both auto and home insurance. And up until recently Ive only had great experiences. I’ve even referred friends. However, I was shocked with the customer service for a new vehicle quote. The initial quote was reasonable and even cheaper than the current vehicle Todd is insuring. His office gave me the new numbers and told me to call them once the vehicle was purchased to finalize it. When I called to finalize, I spoke to an Erika Wright. Erika then pulled up the initial quote and advised the price was going to be much higher than what I was already quoted. I then asked her to send me the quote she was looking at so I could understand since the quote I was given was cheaper. Erika then became very agitated, rude, and annoyed. She tried avoiding why the price was different and would reflect my questions. She then proceeded to tell me she accidentally deleted the initial quote I received as we were on the phone and couldn’t send to me. At that point I asked to speak to a her Supervisor Caitlin Grffin and Erika advised “ you don’t need to talk to Caitlin - whatever I’m saying is what she’ll say. You can take the new quote or leave it” “I really need to hang up right now” A truly shocking response from an insurance agent. At that point I called corporate and filled a complaint. I hope Todd becomes aware of this type of customer service because that office use to be very helpful and amazing. Unfortunately I’m most likely going to switch agents now due to this experience and would recommend anyone to be careful using them as a provider until their personnel issues are fixed. Plenty of other honest and upfront agents out there."
